Anatomy of a Composition - a long parting

We say goodbye in different ways.  It may be a “farewell,” when we know that we will reconnect after a short journey. It may be a more abrupt, jarring, and permanent disruption in our established patterns and relationships. Other times the parting is accidental, lethargic and drags us along unwillingly.

This final example, while it might not have the drama of other separations, the chaos and  powerlessness it instills can be far more tumultuous under the surface than is initially seen. This is especially true when we’ve held on too long to a disillusion.

So how do we correct our course, liberating ourselves and our sense of self? It can be as simple as returning to our joys, reigniting those incidental energies that we might have ignored. In more serious situations we must access our inner peace. It is important that no matter the depth of the illusion that we not lose our inner peace. This is how we measure that delusion; how much of our inner peace have we compromised?

Letting go is hardly an easy task - but when the costs begin to outweigh the benefits, no matter how long it takes, a goodbye will always be the better course.

As always, thank you the support and for following along. Find more on YouTube and Word Press.
